个人简介
刘海英,工学博士,讲师,主要研究领域为生物特征识别、机器学习与数据挖掘。2007年至今在昌吉学院计算机工程系工作。1999年7月毕业于甘肃工业大学电气工程与信息工程学院,获得电气技术专业工学学士学位; 2007年7月于新疆大学电气工程学院控制理论与控制工程专业,获得工学硕士学位; 2014年9月~2015年7月于山东大学计算机科学与技术学院访问交流; 2019年7月于山东大学计算机科学与技术学院,获得工学博士学位。目前参与国家自然科学基金1项。在国际期刊及会议发表论文8篇。其中,以第一作者发表SCI期刊论文4篇、中国生物识别会议论文1篇。
